💰 1. What is your Cash on Delivery (COD) rule?

To confirm a COD order, you need to pay ₹150 in advance.
You will pay the remaining amount when the parcel is delivered to you.

Why do we take an advance?
Because of many fake orders and RTO (Return to Origin) cases, we request this small confirmation amount. It helps us ship only genuine orders and avoid unnecessary losses.

Note: We do not process COD orders without this advance payment.

🎥 2. How can I get a packaging video of my order?

For Website Orders:
Send us a WhatsApp message within 2 hour after placing your order.

For WhatsApp Orders:
Just tell us “Send packaging video” while sharing your address.

Note: Once the order is dispatched, we cannot record or send the video.

🚚 3. When will I get my order?
  • COD Orders: 3–6 working days

  • Prepaid Orders: 2–4 working days (faster delivery)

📦 4. Do you offer Open Box Delivery?

Right now, Open Box Delivery is not available because our courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) do not support opening parcels before accepting them.

What you should do:

  • Check the parcel carefully before accepting it.

  • If the packaging looks damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse the delivery and message us right away.

For trust and transparency:
Before dispatching your order, we also share a live video of your product and the packaging process, so you know exactly what we are sending.

🛡️ 5. What does the 1-Year Warranty cover?

✔ Covered:

  • Analog watches: Machine/Movement (No service charges)

  • Automatic watches: Machine/Movement (Service charges depend on condition)

❌ Not covered:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

Warranty starts from the delivery date.
If your watch has a machine issue, send it to us — we’ll repair it and send it back.

🔄 6. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

🚚 Shipping

  • Delivery takes 1–7 business days.

  • No order is shipped without payment.

🔄 Returns / Exchanges

You must share a full unboxing video (without any cuts) if you want to claim:

  • Wrong item

  • Missing item

  • Damaged product

Video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Without a proper video, we cannot help.

📦 Exchange or RTO

  • For exchanges, customer pays the shipping charges.

  • You must courier the product back to us.

  • For RTO (Return to Origin), RTO charges + re-shipping charges apply.
    (Refund is not provided in RTO cases.)

Important:

  • Provide a complete address and active phone number.

  • Track your parcel regularly.

  • Inform us if the parcel is not delivered within 7 days.

Minor issues like small threads, tiny marks, or light color differences are not considered damage.

🛑 7. What is the Order Cancellation & Refund Policy?
  • Within 5 hours: Full refund of ₹150
    (Exception: On Sundays, refunds may take longer to process.)

  • After dispatch: No refund.
