📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation with your tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
🚛 Shipping Time & Delivery
We offer PAN India delivery through trusted courier partners.

💵 Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 (Flat Rate)
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹1,499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available at ₹60 extra
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your order status in real-time.
⚠️ Delayed or Lost Deliveries
- In case of delayed deliveries, we’ll keep you updated.
- If a package is lost or undelivered, please contact us at support@watchtown.in or WhatsApp our support team within 7 days of expected delivery.
❗Important Notes
- Ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.
- Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- Delivery attempts will be made 2–3 times by the courier. If undelivered, the package may be returned.
