At WatchTown, we are committed to delivering the highest quality premium 7AA first copy watches. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We only offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product Received:
    If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Wrong Product Sent:
    If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us immediately.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” “no longer needed,” or “not original product” as we sell clearly labeled 7AA first copy watches.


📝 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ubaidskms@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, clear unboxing video as proof, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days with instructions.

💵 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • We will either issue a replacement or process a 100% refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Refunds will not be issued without proper proof (unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims).


📦 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used or worn
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Return requested after 24-hour window
  • No unboxing video shared
  • Orders marked as delivered but disputed after multiple days

🚚 Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it at no additional cost. You must return the product in its original packaging.
