1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Quality

  • We offer first copy, replica, and inspired watches of premium quality.
  • These products are not original brand items but are crafted to closely resemble high-end watches.
  • We do not claim affiliation with or authorization by the original watch brands.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (with extra charge).
  • Prepaid orders may be eligible for discounts or free shipping.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond that, they are processed and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping details and estimated delivery timelines are available on our Shipping Policy page.
  • WatchTown is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

6. Return & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products delivered, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for:
    • Minor cosmetic variations
    • Buyer’s change of mind
    • Incorrect size preference

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content including product images, text, design, and videos on WatchTown is owned by or licensed to us.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for:

  • Posting harmful, misleading, or offensive content
  • Interfering with website operations or security

9. Limitation of Liability

  • WatchTown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
