📹 1. Do you send a packing video of my order?

Yes. Before dispatching your order, we record a clear video showing the watch, quality check, packing process, and the final sealed parcel.
You will receive this video on WhatsApp before the courier pickup.

⏳ 2. When will I receive my packing video?

You will get the packing video on the same day your parcel is packed, usually within our working hours.
If your order is placed late evening, the video will be shared the next working day.

📦 3. What does the packing video include?
